I have worked in Real Estate for the last 30 years. With seven years prior mortgage banking experience, I have a tremendous wealth of knowledge of the financial aspects of both sides of the transaction. I have worked with custom home builders for several decades as well as all sorts of buyers and sellers. Having started my real estate career in a down market, I quickly learned how to be successful and grow my business.

I have often been awarded either listing or selling agent of the month, or both. When working with builders, I love starting from ground zero, finding the vacant lots, and working with the blueprints and all the entities involved in planning, developing and finally seeing the finished project to sale and closing. Hey there, I’m Caleb Block.  I am Nan’s son and following in her footsteps, earned my real estate license in 2015.  In three short years I have helped buyers, sellers and even completed construction on a fully custom home for sale.   Also like my mom, I am a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where I majored in creative advertising, web & graphic design.  My knowledge of digital marketing helps my sellers to excel in listing their properties and obtaining the best offers possible.
